Initial Certification Fees
IBC does not issue refunds for any fees associated with initial certification applications. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Recertification Overpayments
IBC will refund overpayments made on recertification applications (e.g., overpayment of CEU credits, late fees, etc.).
Online Payment Processing Fees
IBC does not refund processing fees associated with online payments.
Recertification Withdrawals
If you are recertifying and decide not to pursue the recertification after payment, you may be eligible for a partial refund:

50% refund (minus any online processing fee) if canceled within 30 days of payment.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
IBC-Sponsored Trainings
IBC will refund the training fee minus a $30.00 administrative fee if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the training date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the training.
